Conflict Management from Spring 2026 Onwards
Conflicts are often unpleasant and can cause uncertainty, dissatisfaction and stress. But when handled correctly, they offer a valuable opportunity for personal growth, more effective collaboration and stronger teams. Dealing with disagreements constructively is a key skill – especially for managers.
At a glance
In this two-day course, participants learn to view conflicts not as a threat, but as an opportunity for further development. The aim is to reduce inhibitions about difficult conversations and gain confidence in dealing with conflict situations. Through a practical combination of theoretical input, interactive exercises and realistic role-plays with professional actors, participants learn to analyse conflicts and develop effective strategies for identifying conflicts at an early stage, addressing them constructively and resolving them in a solution-oriented manner.
